
The 6-week weight loss program
The program is a unique combination of exercise and nutrition coaching to achieve sustainable weight loss and establish a healthy lifestyle. It's not a diet program, but rather a holistic approach to changing poor eating habits and establishing new training and eating habits. The focus is on getting your body in shape for the long term and improving your well-being.
Coaching is offered in English and German.
The program combines exercise with a conscious and balanced diet to lose weight healthily. Within 6 weeks your body will be shaped and your fitness level will increase to feel energetic and great!
To measure progress, a fitness test and comprehensive body measurements are carried out in the first and last weeks of the program.
Training sessions take place 2-4 times a week, and you'll become part of a small, strong community. Participants exchange ideas in a WhatsApp group, can ask questions at any time, share recipes, receive lots of information, and celebrate successes together.
A nutrition coaching app is also available to help you get to the bottom of your diet and align it with your goals.
Optionally, you can also have a metabolic DNA analysis done to receive nutritional recommendations and recipes specifically tailored to your type.

What do the training sessions look like?
The program's functional training sessions focus on effective fat burning and noticeable performance improvements. These workouts are designed to tone your body and actively boost your metabolism. They engage all major muscle groups and cause your body to continue burning fat for up to 48 hours after training. The intensity is gradually increased to ensure optimal adaptation.
Can everyone participate?
Yes, the exercises and workouts are designed to be scalable. The exercises, and especially the number of repetitions, are adapted to your fitness level.
Nevertheless, it's undeniable that the first few weeks are physically and mentally demanding for beginners. The body needs to get used to the exercise, but the endorphins kick in relatively quickly. After a few weeks of training, the desire for more increases; the body realizes the benefits. At the same time, you'll notice results:

When and where
The weight loss workouts last 50 minutes and take place in the ByBo Studio .
Weekly plan

Tuesdays : Lower Body – 5:30 PM

Wednesdays : Upper Body – 5:30 pm

Fridays : Cardio – 6:30 am or 6:00 pm
Training takes place 2-4 times per week, depending on the option. On Fridays, you can choose one of the two sessions.


Optional DNA analysis at half price
DNA analysis decodes genetic markers to understand metabolism and training response. Four meta-types and two sport types are identified. You will receive a detailed report including nutrition plans tailored to your gene type, which can be used during the weight loss program and beyond.
The analysis is carried out via a mouth swab, which should be taken one month before the start of the program so that the results are guaranteed to be available by the start.
In combination with the Weight Loss Program, the DNA analysis is offered at a price of 200 CHF instead of 400 CHF .
What happens after the 6 weeks?
With improved fitness and a healthy diet, the desire to exercise increases. The training is designed to awaken and increase this desire. This allows you to continue exercising – for example, in the ByBo Boot Camp program.
Because being fit is not a one-time exercise, but a lifestyle.

Programs and Prices
The ByBo weight loss program is offered in three versions. Each includes the optional GenDiät DNA analysis.

Standard : To achieve the best results from our specially developed program and to benefit most from the group dynamic, we recommend participating in all three weight loss training sessions.

Light : For greater flexibility and a more attractive price, we've designed the Light option. You can choose two of the three training days.

Plus : If you have additional ambitions, you can choose a fourth training session from our entire ByBo course schedule (including small group personal training) with this option. You can attend the same or a different session each week – whatever you prefer!
