Why this course?
The "Big Shift" requires a new strategy. Standard cardio isn't enough anymore.
To manage hormones, protect bone density, and maintain metabolic health, you need two things: Progressive Strength and sound knowledge of hormones.
In a semi-private group of just 4 women, you get the expertise of personal training with the energy of a supportive community.
In the 4 workshops, we will discuss the following topics:

Hormone knowledge Understand the “why” behind the physical changes.

Nutrition strategies: Focus on protein, fiber, and blood sugar stability.

Everyday tips: Practical advice for more energy and better sleep.
In a small group of just four women, you will benefit from individualized attention through 1:4 personal training, combined with the support of a strong community.
The 4-week program includes

Targeted sessions to boost metabolism and strengthen muscles and bone structure.
Mondays: 7:00 p.m. – 7:50 p.m.
Wednesdays: 6:30 p.m. – 7:20 p.m.

Integrated workshops (once a week)

Optional: Weekly mobility: Take part in our Tuesday session (7:30 p.m.) – live or virtually.

Home workout: You will receive a short program for at home to help you stay in rhythm
