Why ByBo Boot Camp?
Boot camp will get you to a high level of fitness—or help you maintain it. This will give you the energy you need for all the activities you enjoy in life.
Each training session is an effective full-body workout that specifically builds both strength and endurance. The exercises are structured to challenge beginners and professionals alike.
Training in a group is motivating and fun. The coach ensures that the exercises are performed correctly and with the right weight for you.
The philosophy of Bybo – Beat your Body – is to get more out of your body than you might have thought possible. This also applies to Boot Camp. No one will be left behind, but you will be challenged.

Training process
ByBo Boot Camp lasts 50 minutes per session. During the summer months, it takes place both outdoors and indoors in the studio.
We start with warm-up exercises, which prevent injuries and prepare the body for intensive training.
The subsequent exercises are performed in intervals, alternating between each one after a short period of time. The combination of high intensity and short rest periods stimulates the metabolism and burns fat for up to 48 hours after training.
Each lesson follows a defined concept (see course schedule); the exact content varies from week to week and is compiled by the trainer. The lessons are coordinated among the instructors so that participation in multiple sessions is possible and beneficial.
