General terms and conditions

In the event of temporary restrictions on services due to seasonal reasons or construction work, or in the event of reductions in the range of services offered, the customer shall not be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

The provider reserves the right to relocate the location of its training and exercise facilities within Basel.

If the provider's services are not used, the customer has no right to a price reduction or refund.

The client has the right to cancel a booked training session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the session. After that, free cancellation is no longer possible, meaning the full training fee must be paid regardless of participation in the personal training session.

The course participant confirms that he or she is in good physical health. If in doubt, the course participant should consult a doctor before beginning training.

ByBo Fitness and its trainers are not liable, even for non-contractual liability, for any damage or injury that may occur to the course participant while using the facility or through the use of our services.

No liability is assumed for the loss of clothing, valuables, or sports equipment. Insurance for these, as well as for sports accidents, is the responsibility of the course participant.

ByBo Fitness is closed on public holidays, between Christmas and New Year, and on special occasions. Exceptions for free training remain reserved.

Agreement interruption

The contract/agreement may be interrupted in the event of justified events as follows:

• if you can prove that you have been obliged to serve in the military for more than four weeks

• if medically confirmed inability to train for at least 4 weeks

Cancellation policy

Cancellation after purchase is not possible. ByBo thus complies with Swiss law.
