It's ideal for both beginners looking to build a strong base and experienced athletes wanting to fine-tune their fitness. The program uses interval-based training, combining various elements like strength, power, aerobic and lactic threshold work, skills, and agility to create a well-rounded and effective workout. Each session is different – a mix of equipment and bodyweight exercises, with modifications for beginners and more challenging options for advanced athletes. No matter your level, you'll be challenged and guaranteed to work up a sweat!

Cancellation Policy
Trial sessions are for new customers to get to know the program. They can only be booked once. Drop-ins are for sessions without a membership. Trial sessions and drop-ins can be booked up to 1 hour before the start time. Rebooking or cancellation is possible up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact us if you have any questions.
