Service Description
Learn the basics of kettlebell and TRX training while strengthening your muscles and core. The group will be split into two teams – one half will train with kettlebells, the other with TRX, so you can experience both in one session. Look forward to high-intensity intervals (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off) with active recovery phases that will push you to your limits.

Cancellation Policy
Trial sessions are for new customers to get to know the program. They can only be booked once. Drop-ins are for sessions without a membership. Trial sessions and drop-ins can be booked up to 1 hour before the start time. Rebooking or cancellation is possible up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact us if you have any questions.
