Service Description
A functional full-body workout that combines strength, endurance, and coordination. The session is divided into two parts: the first focuses on strength training, followed by intensive endurance interval training. Targeted exercises and teamwork will not only strengthen your body but also increase your motivation.

Cancellation Policy
Trial sessions are for new customers to get to know the program. They can only be booked once. Drop-ins are for sessions without a membership. Trial sessions and drop-ins can be booked up to 1 hour before the start time. Rebooking or cancellation is possible up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact us if you have any questions.
