What is the 6-week program?

The program combines exercising with a conscious and balanced diet to achieve healthy weight loss. This combination makes sustainable weight loss possible.

 

Within 6 weeks, your body will be shaped and your fitness level will increase to make you feel energetic and great!

 

To measure progress, a fitness test and comprehensive body measurements are carried out in the first and last weeks of the program.

 

Training sessions take place three times a week, which, combined with a targeted diet, ensures a high chance of success. Be honest with yourself and follow the program.

 

The participants are part of a WhatsApp group, use a nutrition coaching app, exchange recipes, receive lots of information and input, and celebrate progress together.

What do the training sessions look like? Can everyone participate?

The workouts in the program are suitable for all levels and take place three times a week. The combination of a team atmosphere and targeted strengthening exercises with full-body cardiovascular training makes the program varied and highly effective.

 

The benefits are visible and noticeable, such as improved cardiovascular endurance, a toned body shape, a reduction in body fat, improved overall coordination, and of course, weight loss!

What happens after the 6 weeks?

With improved fitness and a healthy diet, the desire to exercise increases. The training is designed to awaken and increase this desire. This allows you to continue exercising – for example, in the ByBo Boot Camp program.

Because being fit is not a one-time exercise, but a lifestyle.
