We offer structured, individual personal training based on over ten years of professional experience.

 

Each training program is specifically tailored to your personal goals – whether it is to improve general fitness, reduce weight, recover after pregnancy or to change your body composition in the long term.

1:1 – effective and targeted

 

The training takes place one-on-one and combines TRX, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises, among others. A thorough initial assessment forms the basis for a continuously evolving, individually tailored training concept.

Programs

 

  • 28 days for fast results: A focused short-term program with visible progress within four weeks.

  • 60-day post natal: Especially for mothers – functional training combined with nutritional advice to strengthen the body and provide energy.

  • 6-week body shaping: Results-oriented training with individual support and detailed nutritional analysis.

  • Individual: The programs represent a small selection. In most cases, we find the ideal course of action through analysis and consultation.

 
Construction

 

Your fitness level will be assessed during your fitness assessment. The intensity of your training will be adjusted accordingly and continuously increased. The training plan will be updated regularly to ensure your workout remains varied.

 

When and where

 

The training takes place in the studio near the Basel SBB train station. Upon request, it is also possible to do it outdoors in the park, in Reinach BL, or virtually.
