Small Group Personal Training

​In our small group personal training (max. 6 people), you'll never feel alone or unmotivated. We believe in challenging you to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and achieve more than you ever thought possible.
With our energetic trainers and supportive group atmosphere, you'll break boundaries, achieve personal bests, and realize your fitness dreams!

Initial analysis

During the initial consultation, we'll define your goals and complete a health questionnaire together. We'll conduct a monthly body analysis to accurately measure your training progress.
As a member of our small group personal training, you will receive exclusive benefits such as nutrition tips and progress tracking.

2 training sessions per week

After the initial assessment and consultation, you choose the 2 days per week on which you will join the training.
Our experienced trainers have the knowledge and expertise to create dynamic, targeted workouts. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall fitness. We define exercises to optimize your fitness progress.
